If there’s one thing moms and dads are used to laughing at, it’s potty humor. That’s why Clorox asked MATTER to help shine a light on the daily plight of parents, and, of course, its line of toilet products. So we created The Clorox Lounge. It was built around a seriously funny contest that saw ten mom and dad comedians going head-to-head for $10,000 and the title of “Last Comic Sitting.” We populated The Clorox Lounge hub-site with thirty pieces of original content, helped build an online community, and created live events and consumer promotions that drove traffic to the site and raised brand awareness. No joke, we turned the Clorox Lounge into the “gotta go” place for comedy.
